The Boston College Law Review, ranked #25 in the nation by Washington & Lee’s 2025 Law Journal Rankings, was the first scholarly publication at Boston College Law School. After bringing several of the school’s specialty journals under its masthead nearly a decade ago, the Review now publishes eight issues a year, backed by an expanded editorial staff and a commitment to scholarship across the full breadth of the law. Each issue pairs work from prominent outside scholars—among them Professors Orin Kerr, Herbert Hovenkamp, and Jeremy Waldron—with student notes authored by the Review’s own staff. The July book also features student case comments.
